East-West University announces mobility for the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 academic year. Information regarding available vacancies and tuition fees is available on the electronic portal: students.emis.ge

The registration period for applicants transferring under the mobility rule on the electronic portal (students.emis.ge) is defined from January 28, 2026 to February 11 at 18:00. The publication date of mobility results on the electronic portal is February 16.

In case of a positive result published on the electronic portal, the deadlines for the student’s appearance at East-West University and submission of the required documents are February 16–20.

Applicants for mobility must submit the following documents:

Application form;

• Certificate confirming student status;
• Properly certified copies of all legal acts determining the student’s status;
• Student academic record (grade sheet);
•  Copy of an identity document;
• Notarized copy or original of the secondary school diploma;
• Copy of the conscript’s military registration certificate (or military ID, if applicable);
• Photograph (3×4) – 2 printed copies and an electronic version on CD.
