Clinical Education: Instructor Level I Workshop at East-West University
On November 4–5, East-West University, in partnership with Arizona State University, with Cintana Education, hosted a two-day workshop — “Clinical Education: Instructor Level I” — facilitated by Dr. Manoela Malta, Director of Education and Products for Health Sciences at Cintana Education.
The aim of the workshop was to share simulation-based teaching methodologies with academic, invited, and administrative staff involved in clinical and pre-clinical education. Throughout the two days, participants explored effective methods for managing Task Training, Peer-to-Peer, and Simulation Scenario sessions.
EWU medical students actively participated in the workshop, contributing to hands-on simulation activities and enhancing the overall learning experience.
More than 50 professors and students took part in this immersive event designed to strengthen the quality of clinical education at East-West University (Powered by Arizona State University).
