From October 17, 2024, the School of Medicine at East-West University is announcing an open competition for positions in Internal Medicine and Surgery:
- • Professor: 8 positions available
- o 4 in Clinical Sciences
- o 4 in Life Sciences
- • Associate Professor: 6 positions available
- o 4 in Clinical Sciences
- o 2 in Life Sciences
- • Assistant Professor: 2 positions available (in Clinical Sciences)
- • Assistant: 4 positions available (in Life Sciences)
Eligible candidates include specialists in Internal Medicine (Cardiology, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Immunology and Allergology, Otorhinolaryngology, etc.) and Surgery (Traumatology, Orthopedics, Urology, Ophthalmology, etc.).
Required Documents:
- 1. Completed application form developed by the university
- 2. Copy of identity document
- 3. Document confirming higher education
- 4. Relevant scientific, doctoral degree, or an equivalent qualification
- 5. One scientific paper
- 6. Certificate of scientific-pedagogical experience
- 7. Certificate of clinical activity
- 8. Document confirming experience in delivering lectures in English (for candidates of English-language programs only)
- 9. State certificates in authorized clinical specialties
Academic Requirements:
- • Professor: Minimum of 6 years of teaching experience, 9 years of clinical experience
- • Professor: Minimum of 6 years of teaching experience, 9 years of clinical experience
- • Associate Professor: Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience, 5 years of clinical experience
- • Assistant: Doctoral candidate in a clinical specialty
Selection Process: Candidates will be evaluated by the competition commission, which includes:

- • Initial evaluation
- • Interview
